Cleopatra Benchmark allows you to capture meaningful project information, such as design data, cost, hour and quantity information, from executed and ongoing projects. This provides just enough detail for valuable analysis and comparison and support critical business decisions.
Perform big data analytics
With Cleopatra, you can perform statistical analysis on projects of similar type and nature. Discover trends in cost drivers and key ratios, look for projects that can be considered ‘outliers’, and gather high-quality information on cost relationships. Being able to benchmark your estimate against comparable projects and historical data improve your cost estimate significantly.
Extract metrics across projects
Derive project metrics in order to enhance future cost estimating accuracy. For instance, metrics can be used to calibrate parametric cost models that rely on cost relationships, such as €/ton of steel, $/barrel, to estimate project costs in an early project development phase. Using the project configuration, you can define how metrics should be calculated.

Cleopatra Benchmark has seamless integration with Excel, providing quick and easy data transfer. You can import project information from Excel as an input for benchmarking and export benchmark data from Cleopatra to Excel. Cleopatra also integrates with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP as well as other 3rd party systems to improve your work processes and provide efficient use of large amount of data.
